WELLINGTON, March 18 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand stock market's indicator, the S&P/NZX 50 index, dropped by 1.17 percent to 12,496 on Thursday.
The drop was led by Promisia Healthcare Limited, which went down by 50 percent to 0.001 NZ dollars (0.00072 U.S. dollars), while Vista Group International Limited jumped by 8.37 percent to 2.2 NZ dollars.
