The U.S. dollar bought 153.98 Japanese yen, higher than 153.73 Japanese yen of the previous session. The U.S. dollar advanced to 0.8863 Swiss francs from 0.8836 Swiss francs, and it added to 1.3852 Canadian dollars from 1.3838 Canadian dollars. The U.S. dollar climbed to 10.8267 Swedish kronor from 10.8254 Swedish kronor.
