The figure recorded between April 1 last year and March 22 this year was down from over 10.71 billion dollars registered in the same period a year earlier, the ministry's figures showed.
The country's manufacturing goods export earnings during the period comprise over 3.28 billion dollars from the government sector and over 5.44 billion dollars from the private sector.
Among Myanmar's export products, manufacturing goods are on the top in foreign revenue earnings, followed by agricultural products and other products.
The ministry's figures also showed that total export value of the Southeast Asian country during the period has amounted to over 14.31 billion dollars.
Myanmar mainly exports agricultural, animal and marine products, minerals, forest products and manufacturing goods to its trade partners, including China, Thailand, Bangladesh and India.
