China's leading property developer China Vanke Co. (000002.SZ) announced on Thursday that it pocketed 24.42 billion yuan worth of sales income in September, with the sales areas reaching 1.842 million square meters.
During the first nine months, the company's sales income came to 180.47 billion yuan, with the sales areas amounting to 14.398 million square meters.
Meanwhile, the Shenzhen-listed company had bought back 12.4803 million A-shares by September 30, which accounted for 0.113 percent of its total equity. It paid 160.1485 million yuan for the move with the price ranging at 12.57-13.16 yuan per share.
