China National Offshore Oil Corporation Ltd. (CNOOC Ltd.; CEO.NYSE; 00883.HK), China's largest offshore oil and gas producer, announced on Wednesday that its net production rose 23.8 percent year on year in the third quarter of this year to 127.5 million barrels of oil equivalent (BOE).
During the period, the company's oil and gas sales revenues decreased 32.3 percent year on year to approximately 36.25 billion yuan. CNOOC Ltd. made 3 new discoveries in the third quarter.
