China's leading electric vehicle maker BYD (002594.SZ) disclosed it will launch three new models of plug-in hybrid power vehicles next year, including SUV "Song", compact SUV "Yuan" and small-size MPV "Shang".
Meanwhile, the company will launch a group of pure electric special-purpose cars, including pure electric forklift trucks, airport ferry buses and micro vans.
BYD said changes in new energy vehicle (NEV) subsidies will not cast heavy influence on the NEV prices. While subsidies to NEV sales are being reduced, the company continues reducing NEV product costs, said BYD.
