China Merchants Property Development Co. (000024.SZ), one of China's top developers, said on Wednesday that its sales value hit 5.091 billion yuan in November, registering a year-on-year increase of 5.36 percent.
Its sales areas stood at 352,700 square meters during the period, down 1.32 percent year on year.
In the first eleven months, the developer realized 47.107 billion yuan worth of sales value, up 17.87 percent year on year, while the sales areas hit 2.9437 million square meters, up 6.82 percent year on year.
