China National Nuclear Co (CNNC), China’s leading nuclear power company, said Monday on its website that the company’s subsidiary has signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with SDIC Health Industry Investment Co, a subsidiary of State Development & Investment Co. (SDIC) on July 13.
Under the agreement, the two sides will carry out all-round cooperation in related fields.
Wang Shoujun, chairperson of CNNC, noted that the company has a close tie withSDIC and the two sides should give full play to their respective advantages, take into account project economic benefits and their social responsibilities and further deepen cooperation in a bid to achieve mutual benefit.
SDIC Chairman Wang Huisheng also said that SDIC will adopt diversified cooperation approaches to achieve comprehensive cooperation with the CNNC for common development.
