1. China's Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued respective guidelines to regulate information disclosure on share pledge business on Tuesday. As more listed companies' shareholders prefer to finance through share pledge approach in recent years, the issuance of the guidelines is aimed at preventing potential risks from such business.

Five companies, namely Suzhou Huayuan Packaging Co., Ltd (002787.SZ), Shijiazhuang Tonhe Electronics Technologies Co., Ltd (300491.SZ), Hubei Century Network Technology Co., Ltd (300494.SZ), HNAC Technology Co., Ltd (300490.SZ) and Sichuan Jiuyuan Yinhai Software Co., Ltd (002777.SZ) are scheduled to debut on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Thursday.
3. A total of 305,900 new accounts for trading on China's A- and B-share markets were opened last week (from December21 to December 25), down 6 percent week on week, according to the latest data released by the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (SD&C). A total of 22.44 million investors participated in trading on China's A-share market during the week, up 21.64 percent week on week.
