China's economy expanded 6.9 percent year on year in the third quarter of 2015, the lowest reading since the second quarter of 2009. According to the communique released after the key CPC meeting that adopted proposals for economic and social development in the 13th Five-year Plan (2016 to 2020), China will prioritize quality and efficient development.
