Shanghai will deepen its construction of Free Trade Zone (FTZ) with the highest openness, said Shang Yuying, director of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce in a press conference held on Monday.
Meanwhile, according to Shang Yuying, Shanghai will build itself into an international trade center with resource allocation function in both domestic and international markets and forge a modern market system with optimized regulations, high efficiency and united openness.
