BEIJING, May 7 (Xinhua) -- China recorded a service trade deficit of 66.69 billion yuan (about 10.3 billion U.S. dollars) in the first quarter of this year, down 74.7 percent from the same period a year ago, data from the Ministry of Commerce showed Friday.
The country's total service trade volume reached around 1.16 trillion yuan in the January-March period, up 0.5 percent year on year, according to the ministry.
