China Minsheng Bank (600016.SH; 01988.HK) announced Thursday that it launched a reform of implementing a new governance model of big business division in its corporate banking sector from August of this year.
The corporation banking sector will run completely in the division form from January, 2016, and the reform will be evaluated after June, 2016. The reform is to set up a customer-centered professional, flat and streamlining governance pattern, said Hong Qi, Chairman of Minsheng Bank.
