Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) issued guidelines on revision of temporary information disclosure formats for four kinds of major events by listed companies on Tuesday in a bid to regulate information disclosure and raise efficiency of such moves.
The four major events include abnormal moves of a company's stock, a company's plan for high dividend or share bonus distribution, change of a company's stock code and signing of strategic framework agreement.
