The China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC), the top insurance watchdog, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Bank of Russia, Russia's central bank, to deepen cooperation in insurance supervision, the CIRC said in a statement on Monday.
The MOU has established a mechanism to promote mutual communications in insurance supervision and mutual cooperation between the two sides, said the statement.
