Lottery sales in China declined 2.9 percent year on year in the first 10 months of this year to 303.133 billion yuan, the Ministry of Finance said on Wednesday in a statement on its website. China's lottery sales reached 31.234 billion yuan in October, down 4.5 percent from the same period of last year.
