Cargo throughput at China's major ports, or those with annual throughput above 10 million tonnes each, decreased 2.7 percent year on year to 950 million metric tons (tonnes) in November. In the first eleven months of the year, cargo throughput at these ports totaled 10.5 billion tonnes, up 2 percent from the corresponding period of last year.
