China Vanke Co., Ltd., a leading property developer in China, said Tuesday its revenue for 2019 amounted to 367.9 billion yuan (about 52.4 billion U.S. dollars), up 23.6 percent year on year.
Its net profit attributable to shareholders reached 38.9 billion yuan, representing an increase of 15.1 percent, according to its annual report.
With annual housing sales of 630.84 billion yuan, the company had a share of about 4 percent in the national commercial housing market.
The company saw steady growth in property services, with revenue of its wholly owned subsidiary Vanke Service increasing by 29.7 percent year on year to 12.7 billion yuan in 2019.
