China's software and IT service industry registered software business revenue of 3,112.7 billion yuan in the first nine months of 2015, up 16.5 percent year on year, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
The growth rate was 4.1 percentage points lower that for the year-earlier period and 0.7 percentage points lower than that for the first half of this year. The industry's profit totaled 344.6 billion yuan in the period, up 9.4 percent year on year. The growth rate went down 12.3 percentage points year on year and 3.2 percentage points from that for the first six months of 2015.
