Bond prices on China's interbank bond market are likely to increase Wednesday amid relatively loose liquidity. Traders noted that capital prices in the money market continued to edge down on Tuesday after the central bank lowered the yield of 7-day reverse repos by 10 basis points (bp) to 2.25 percent via its open market operations. On Tuesday, ChinaBond New Composite Total Return Index, a broadly-based market sentiment indicator, strode up 0.1575 percent to 167.2207 points.
