Bond prices on China's interbank bond market are likely to correct Thursday amid wait-and-see sentiment. Traders noted that investors are staying on the sidelines ahead of the central bank's open market operations on the day, hoping to detect more clues about bond trading. The People's Bank of China, China's central bank, continued to halt its open market operation for the fifth straight routine session on Tuesday. On Wednesday, ChinaBond New Composite Total Return Index, a broadly-based market sentiment indicator, declined 0.0589 percent to 160.5296 points.
