The sales of motorcycles in China reached 1.64 million units in May, down 5.8 percent year on year and 1.2 percent month on month, according to the latest statistics released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM). Meanwhile, China's motorcycle output went down 7.9 percent year on year and 3.9 percent month on month to 1.63 million units. In the first five months, China's motorcycle sales and output reached 7.91 million and 7.88 million units, down 7.7 percent and 7.8 percent year on year, respectively.
