The dollar traded in the upper 102 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Wednesday, marginally lower than levels seen overnight in New York.
At 9 a.m., the dollar changed hands at 102.64-65 yen compared with 102.69-79 yen in New York and 102.23-25 yen at 5 p.m. on Wednesday in Tokyo. The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1076-1076 dollars and 113.68-70 yen against 1.1062-1072 dollars and 113.71-81 yen in New York and 1.1068-1070 dollars and 113.15-19 yen in late trade on Tuesday afternoon in Tokyo.
