SHANGHAI, April 15 (Xinhua) -- Crude oil futures opened lower Monday on the Shanghai International Energy Exchange. The most active crude oil contract for May delivery was down 3.5 yuan (about 52 U.S. cents) to open at 473 yuan a barrel.
