At 9:15 a.m., the 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average inched down 22. 63 points, or 0.12 percent, from Thursday to 19,330.93. The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was down 3.79 points, or 0.24 percent, to 1, 560.92.
