Shenzhen Stock Exchange will further optimize its listing rules to support listing of internet and hi-tech companies on the Shenzhen bourse so as to better implement the State Council's "Internet Plus" initiatives, said a senior official of the bourse.
The official said at a recent seminar that the bourse would diversify listing rules, refining information disclosure requirements for different sectors and set up a system that can well match long-term development of listed companies. The bourse will also improve approving system for internet companies, said the official.
