India's share market Monday gained fresh highs, officials said.
The Sensex recorded an all-time high of 38,266.95 while the Nifty50 went past the 11,500-mark and hit a record of 11,545.30.
"After opening above the crucial 11,500 mark for the first time ever, the Nifty today hit a record high of 11,545.30. The Sensex also reclaimed 38,000 again to hit a fresh record high of 38,266.95," a market analyst said.
The past several weeks have witnessed Sensex and Nifty breaking its previous records with a steady rise and achieving new highs.
