China's National Development and Reform Commission, the top planner, has drafted the interim rules for the management of funding subsidized for the preliminary works of public-private partnership (PPP) programs and is soliciting public comments.
The issuance of the interim rules aims to further promote the PPP model, encourage and give guidance to social investment.
