Chinese economic planner the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) has submitted a reform plan of oil and natural gas industry to the State Council for approval, said Shi Zihai, spokesman of the NDRC on Monday.
Speaking at a press conference, Shi said the NDRC is also working on reforming government-owned vehicles and the ones owned by state-owned enterprises and non-profit organs. Shi also revealed that by the end of October, construction of 283 projects of the 11 sorts of economy-boosting infrastructure packages has been started with accumulated investment amounting to 4.3535 trillion yuan.
