Tsinghua UnionPay Advisors Restaurant and Catering (TUPARC) Index, a component of the TUPA Indices, focuses on restaurant and catering transactions and is a leading indicator for the official publication of real estate sales statistics in China. That indicator is Business Revenue of Enterprises above Designated Size of Catering Services, which is published by National Bureau of Statistics of China (NBSC). Restaurant and catering services taken into consideration are all those that appeared on top 100 ranking published by China Cuisine Association in years from 2011 to 2014.
