SINGAPORE, Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- The non-oil domestic exports (NODX) in Singapore decreased by 1.5 percent year-on-year in December, following the 1.0 percent growth in the previous month, according to government agency Enterprise Singapore Wednesday.

Total exports of the city-state decreased by 4.6 percent year-on-year in December while total imports fell by 9.3 percent, said Enterprise Singapore.

NODX to Singapore's top markets as a whole declined in December though exports to the Chinese mainland, China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, European Union members, and the United States rose, the data showed.

The oil domestic exports of Singapore declined by 16.3 percent year-on-year in December, following a 2.7 percent contraction in November, according to the agency.
