Shanghai is among another eight cities that have got the nod from the State Council, China's cabinet, to start trial reform on domestic trade circulation system, according to the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce.
The other eight cities are Nanjing, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xiamen, Qingdao, Huangshi and Yiwu. The pending reform is aiming at setting up an innovation-driven circulation development mechanism, creating a legalized environment for operation of the domestic trade circulation business, fostering a developing mode for infrastructure construction for the circulation business and forming a sound and high-efficient circulation management system.
