North China's Hebei province targets to rank among leading pioneers in areas of manufacturing in China by 2025, according to its recently released implementation opinions on advancing "Made in China 2025".
Hebei would move towards intelligent manufacturing by working on manufacturing industry digitalization, networking, intelligentializing, as well as the service and green level of the manufacturing industry, according to the opinions.
The province aims to basically establish the Internet Plus manufacturing development pattern and form a preliminary modern industrial system that features green, recycle and low-carbon by 2017. Hebei also targets to realize industrialization and set up Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei industrial collaborative innovation community by 2020.
