Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) said Thursday evening it would stop accepting new applications for adding flights or chartered flights or launching new air routes in October filed by Shanghai Pudong International Airport, Hangzhou International Airport, and Tianjin Airport. The three airports' on-schedule rate stood at or below 70 percent in August, ranking at the bottom among China's 48 major airports, said the aviation regulator.
