China's State Administration of Grain (SAG) has arranged this year's grain reserving program, reported Xinhua-run cnstock.com Monday.
SAG and other authorities such as the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) required local authorities and other parties to utilize at maximum social storage capacity, actively implement the provincial governor accountability system in securing grain security, motivate farmers to stop waiting for higher prices and sell grain, and strictly apply the grain pricing and settlement policies to better secure autumn grain reserving.
