Minimum guarantee deposit ratio for share purchase under margin financing business on China's two stock exchanges will be raised from current 50 percent to 100 percent, according to revised rules on margin trading business.
Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange released a notice on Friday about the amendment to the Detailed Rules on Implementation of Margin Trading and Securities Lending Transaction. The amended rules will take effect from November 23, 2015.
