Output of the 10 major nonferrous metals in China increased 1.4 percent year on year in November 2015, with the growth rate 6.5 percentage points lower than that in the same period of 2014, according to the latest report of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the country's top economic planner.
Electrolytic aluminum output went up 4.2 percent year on year in November, representing a growth rate 3.9 percentage points lower than that in the same period of 2014.
