Output of the 10 major nonferrous metals in China increased 5.8 percent year on year to 50.90 million metric tons (tonnes) in 2015, with the growth rate 1.4 percentage points lower than that in the same period of last year, according to a report of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the country's top economic planner, on late Wednesday.
Electrolytic aluminum output went up 8.4 percent year on year to stand at 31.41 million tonnes in 2015, representing a growth rate 0.7 percentage points higher than that in the same period of last year.
