China's electronics and IT manufacturing industry produced 99.67 billion units of integrated circuits (IC) in the first 11 months of 2015, growing 8.1 percent year on year, according to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Meanwhile, the output of semiconductor discrete devices was 538.4 billion units, up 7.3 percent year on year. The industry's electronic devices business registered a year-on-year 11.4 percent growth in sales revenue in Jan.-Nov., with domestic sales up 23.3 percent year on year.
The output of electronic components reached 3,135.3 billion units in the 11 months, down 5.5 percent year on year. The industry's electronic components business saw sales value rise 7.8 percent year on year in the period. The domestic sales value grew 19.5 percent year on year.
