China Development Bank (CDB) issued 2-tranche financial bonds on Thursday, with the yields for 3-year products and 10-year products at 3.6167 percent and 3.8258 percent, respectively.
According to statistics released by China Government Securities Depository Trust & Clearing Co., the latest inter-bank yields on 3-year and 10-year fixed-rate policy bank (CDB) bonds stood at 3.68 percent and 3.85 percent, respectively.
The subscription ratios of the two batches of bonds reached 4.14 and 3.83 times the volumes offered, disclosed a trader. Traders noted that the two batches of bond offerings drew brisk demand from investors, as the liquidity condition in the financial system remained relatively loose on the whole.
However, investors are still advised to remain cautious about bond trading due to growing correction risks for bond market in the future.
