The U.S. dollar changed hands in the lower 110 yen zone in early deals in Tokyo on Monday, largely in line with its levels in New York late last week.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 110.43-44 yen compared with 110.40-50 yen in New York and 110.57-58 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1751-1751 dollars and 129.75-78 yen against 1.1739-1749 dollars and 129.66-76 yen in New York and 1.1702-1703 dollars and 129.39-43 yen in late Friday afternoon trade in Tokyo.
