Tatwah Smartech Co., Ltd. (002512.SZ) announced Wednesday evening that its wholly-owned subsidiary New Doone Science and Technology Co., Ltd. had signed a framework agreement of cooperation with China Telecom (CHA.NYSE; 00728.HK) to jointly develop corporate mobile application markets.
The two sides agreed to integrate advanced resources and provide secure, reliable corporate mobile products, solutions and services with outstanding user experience.
New Doone's cooperation with China Telecom will be able to improve the former's business capacity, raise its profile, increase the profitability of both Tatwah Smartech and New Doone, and bring positive influences to the development of the company in the future.
