Authorities in north China's Tianjin municipality recently rolled out antitrust regulations for the China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ), effective from October 15 in the zone. Under the regulations, a FTZ antitrust work coordination office will be set up to build discussion, information communication and case clue handover mechanisms with antitrust law enforcement agency of the Tianjin Municipality.
Meanwhile, the antitrust law enforcement agency and the coordination office both can accept antitrust whistle-blowing and consultation in the FTZ. In addition, agencies of the Tianjin FTZ Administration Committee will set up windows to help the coordination office to accept antitrust whistle-blowing and consultation in the FTZ and provide enterprises in the zone with one-stop services.
