The inventory of new home supply area in 35 major Chinese cities has declined 1.7 percent on year to 267.11 million square meters in September, according to statistics released by property consultancy E-House China.
Meanwhile, the inventory volume by September increased 3.8 percent month on month, the first rise after declining for six consecutive months. According to Yan Yuejin, research director of E-House China R&D Institute, the inventory of new home supply area is expect to keep sliding in the fourth quarter of 2015.
