China's software industry realized 35.8 billion US dollars of exports in the first nine months of 2015, up five percent year on year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced on Friday evening.
The growth rate was 8.6 percentage points lower than that for the same period of last year, 0.6 percentage points lower than that for the first six months of 2015, and 11.5 percentage points lower than the total exports of China's electronics and IT industry.
The export value of outsourcing services grew 2.5 percent in the period, down 17.1 percentage points year on year; while the export value of embedded system software grew 3.2 percent year on year, down 7.4 percentage points year on year.
