Gao Tongqing, China Telecom's vice general manager, said on Thursday at a press conference that the company will add 100 million 4G customers in 2016, bringing the total number to 160 million. The telecom giant announced at the conference that it will establish an incentive fund of seven billion yuan to boost the continuous increase of terminal sales next year.
