Bond prices on China's interbank bond market are likely to inch up Friday amid relaxed liquidity.
Traders noted the liquidity condition in the financial system still remained relatively relaxed on the whole despite 20-odd IPOs this week, which might to some extent shore up bond prices.
The central bank neither drained nor injected funds into the financial system through open market operations this week. On Thursday, ChinaBond New Composite Total Return Index, a broadly-based market sentiment indicator, surged 0.0544 percent to 160.6169 points.
