A total of 359,400 investors opened A-share accounts last week (from November 16 to November 20), up 1.6 percent week on week, according to the latest data released by the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (SD&C) on Thursday.
During the week, 23.81 million investors participated in trading on China's A-share market, down 6.8 percent week on week. A total of 49.99 million investors traded in China's A-share market by November 20, up 7.4 percent month on month.
