The National Development and Reform Commission, China's top economic planner, has inked agreements with the provinces of Shandong and Gansu to establish a coordinated mechanism for boosting international capacity cooperation and equipment manufacturing.
NDRC's cooperation with Shandong province will focus on 23 international capacity cooperation programs of local primary enterprises in Pakistan, Indonesia and Hungary in sectors of steel, nonferrous metals, engineering machinery, tire, building materials, equipment, chemical, textile, papermaking, automobile and shipping.
The cooperation with Gansu province is to center on 20 international capacity cooperation programs of local enterprises in Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Indonesia in sectors of petrochemicals, metallurgy, nonferrous metals and machine-building.
