Southwest China's Guizhou province issued the Opinions on Boosting New Energy Vehicle Popularization recently, which exempts new energy vehicle (NEV) buyers from license plate limits and traffic controls.
The policy also stipulates that NEV buyers may enjoy exemption and reduction of parking fees, exemption of purchase expenditures and subsidies. Guizhou launched an NEV infrastructure construction project recently. In the next three years, an NEV charging pile research and development center and at least three charging pile production lines will be built in the provincial capital Guiyang.
